To me,rain brings with it a certain poignancy that I find hard to put into words . Whether it is the mysterious light before or after a storm, the clarity of light during a summer shower or a downpour that drenches all in its wake , I find this aspect of weather really interesting. I like to use colours that to me almost exude the fragrances of the rain .
